    	~* Our Dublin location is only I mile off I 81 and 18 miles from I 77, centrally located to 
Radford, Blacksburg, Dublin, Historic Pulaski, and Wytheville. This beautiful home is only a few 
blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, Antique shops, and various other unique shopping experiences 
of downtown Dublin. We are only 3/4 mile from New River Community College, 3 miles from Volvo White 
North America, 3 miles from Pulaski Country club, 4 miles from Claytor Lake, 5 miles from Motor Mile 
Speedway and Dragway, 6.5 miles from Historic Downtown Pulaski, 8.5 miles to Downtown Radford and 
Radford University. 9 miles from Pete Dyer River Course, 12 miles from Draper Valley Golf Club, 
and 20 miles to Virginia tech, 35 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway.

    	~* Please call for a quote for it can vary. We will work with customers in different needs. 2 night minimum stay required. Weekly and Monthly Rates available.
Rates subject to change without notification unless u have prior confirmation. Deposit required.

POLICIES:

    	~* Cancellation: V.E.S. has a 30 day cancellation with the exception of special event weekends.  
Special event weekends will require  a  180 day cancellation, no exceptions. All cancellations must 
be given  IN WRITING. Cancellation WILL RESULT in a $25 charge per bedroom.

~* ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE PAYMENT AT TIME OF RESERVATION NO EXCEPTIONS.

~* CHECK IN: Check in can be arranged anytime after 3pm.
 
~* CHECK OUT: 10AM UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.

~* Early Check Outs: NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

DAMAGES:

         ~* Damages to any property or theft of household items will result in a charge of 3 times the 
repair or replacement cost per item to your credit card. Extra cleaning will be result in a minimum 
$100.00 charge to your credit card.
